Are you ready to take action?
Here is a snapshot of what our programme looks like:
28 Days. 4 Weeks. 5 Modules.
Week 0 - Clarity and Courage
The programme starts with your attendance on a one-day event where you will assess all areas of your life, you will challenge yourself and you will be given obstacles to overcome.
You will be put out of your comfort zone and you will dig deep into your true-self.
You will realise your actual physical, mental and emotional capabilities.
With an honest assessment of your life, you will then seek clarity on your ambitions and, armed with multiple strategies to identify and overcome obstacles, you will create your own ‘road map’ which you will then implement and follow for the next 28 days with the help and support of your accountability coach.
Week 1 - Optimising Energy
You will learn how your sleep, your stress and the food you eat directly affects your daily energy levels.
You will learn ways to re-energise throughout the day, even when you are feeling tired.
You will learn new strategies for managing your time and you will see how effectively planning your day can actually allow you to have more time and get more done.
You will learn how to find your ‘magic hour’, where you are at your most productive, and also how to stop wasting time by ‘faffing’ or procrastinating over jobs that you keep putting off.
Week 2 - Communication with Intention
You will find out if your current communication skills are helping you to ‘move forwards’ or if they are ‘holding you back’, and learn how a simple change in the way you speak with people can lead to an easier life and a more positive environment both at home and in the workplace.
You will discover how setting up specific ‘boundaries’ will improve your relationships by being intentional not only with others, but also with yourself.
Week 3 - Dealing with Overwhelm and Stress
You will learn a couple of simple strategies to help stop that feeling of being overwhelmed and stressed.
You will learn how to recognise the difference between expectation versus the reality of your ‘problems’ and you will work out which people negatively affect your mood or add to your stress.
You will learn how to get a handle on your emotions and how to pivot your negativity to instead create opportunity and motivation.
Week 4 - How not to Fail
In this final week you will learn how to keep your momentum and how to convert all of your new strategies into long-term habits that stick.
You will learn how to hold yourself accountable through regular self-evaluation and review and you will learn how to continue on your journey on how to ‘THRIVE’, not just ‘SURVIVE’.
